For this project, I was tasked with re-designing the mounting brackets to support a next-gen cellular antenna model. Through exploring alternate solutions and leading review meetings with a team of engineers, a final concept was designed that reduced the bracket cost by 20%, weight by 40%, and the number of installation steps from 29 to only 13.
